You will NOT find anyone better. Todd is unbelievably diligent and the ultimate professional. He gave us a ton of options when we were looking for homes and they were all exactly what we were looking for. He paid close attention to the details in what we were looking for and found us the perfect home. He was with us every step of the way and was never out of reach. Anytime we had questions, he was right by his phone, ready to answer them. Not only is he extremely professional, he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He treats you as a friend instead of a client. Which makes the process rather enjoyable. We have since used him to purchase another property and will continue to use him as our go to guy for any real estate.

This is the 5th real estate transaction we've done with Todd in 2 years. As you can imagine everyone is trying to get our business but we aren't using anyone else! Todd never pressures you into a decision either way. Even when everyone else will and would be just won't. He has this way of pushing on your behalf very aggressively while being so chill and zen on the other side. It's the perfect combo of good cop bad cop. :) There's a lot at stake w/ real estate and he's been an amazing partner. Our last transaction was a 2.1 million dollar house we purchased in Pasadena and it could not have been more tricky! He's very versatile too! He's got integrity and I really can't recommend him enough!
